HER Helmet Thursdays means that Hotels, Educational attractions, Entertainment venues, and Restaurants encourage bicycling by giving a discount to cyclists on Thursdays. Just walk in with your helmet and ask to the HER discount, It's that simple.
HER helmet Thursdays is a community service project of Fine Wordworking. Neither the cyclists nor the businesses/organizations pay any fee to participate. It’s a voluntary partnership between them, facilitated by the introduction of this project.
